How do we handle contracts?

Alle contracts undertaken by Møreforsking for customers, are organized as projects.

 

Every project has a responsible project manager appointed, and at least one team memeber will be working on the project too. The projects are implemented through various phases with predetermined procedures for what tasks should be executed and who is in charge. Møreforsking has developed a complete set of quality assurance procedures, that is followed throughout development and implementation of every project. 

Monitoring of budget and time spent on each project is done with the help of Intipro, a specialized financial management system developed for research institutes.

 

All cost and all time use related to the project can be documentet through this system.
